Synopsis:
Clever press agent Jeff Bidwell attempts to make a sophisticated lady out
of an out-of-work waitress after he saves her from suicide. While he's
becoming infatuated she's cooking up a blackmail scheme. Meanwhile,
Jeff's ever-faithful ex-wife stands by his side through thick and thin.
Unusual plot and character develpment in this one. Its hard to believe,
however, that Montgomery's character would give anyone else a second
glance with Madge Evans looking so beautiful and being such a fine
character.
