Small town girl Nancy Andrews meets playboy Steve Duncan on her way to the big city. She falls in love, but its just another fling for Steve. When Nancy meets Steve's brother, Tommy, she marries him on the rebound. What started out as a lark soon turns into true love for Tommy, but will Nancy be able to forget Steve? Irene Dunne is lovely to look and and both she and Montgomery do fine work in this one. Eugene Pallette as Tommy's butler/friend also deserves a mention. Entertaining comedy/drama. One problem: its hard to understand what an earth Nancy sees in Steve!
